Progressive Relaxation

Firstly sit on a chair or you can lie on your back in a quiet and comfortable place, and then take deep breath for a minute and being by tensing and relaxing the muscle in your feet. Move upward, breathe slowly, and squeeze each muscle group and then release. When you reach toward your head, rest as long you like, then after ti open your eyes. This technique is used before meditation.

Abdominal Breathing

In this posture you have to lie on a comfortable surface in a quiet place, then close your eyes, and put your right hand on your diaphragm and put your left hand on your left hand on your chest. Breathe smoothly from the diaphragm and feel the rhythm of your hand in rise and fall of your breathe. Continue as long as you wish, and after that open your eyes.

Visualization

Sit comfortable in a quiet place and Close your eyes and imagine  a picture in your mind , a serene place and imagine that you are there , and add five senses ; for example , see beautiful beach , smell the fragrance , feel the sand and fell the warm sunlight and see a and hear the ocean roar . Take slow, deep Breathe.
